Photo Competition for London Olympics



lonBasseterre, St. Kitts,(Saturday 12th May, 2012)-Nationals of St. Kitts and Nevis are encouraged to join a London 2012 Olympics Photo competition hosted by The British High Commission and submit entries under the theme “Caribbean Sporting Endeavor.”

To enter the competition one must take a photo depicting a sporting endeavour in the Caribbean and email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with one line of text explaining why London is a GREAT venue for the Olympic Games (Include Name/Country/Telephone).

  • After tour photo has been uploaded to the UkinBarbados Facebook page the two top photos with the most votes/likes win Olympic prizes

    Guide lines for entries are as follows:
  • Entrants must take the photo themselves. All photos must be original!
    All photographs should be of good quality.
  • All entries must be captioned with one line of text for theme and contact information
    photographs containing lewd or naked images will NOT be accepte
  • Entrants must reside in Barbados, Antigua & Barbuda, St. Vincent, St. Lucia, St. Kitts & Nevis, Dominica or Grenada
  • 2 Winners will be selected: one winner from Barbados and one winner from one of the 6 other countries listed
  • The British High Commission has the right to disqualify any entry, for whatever reason, at any time during this competition without notice or explanation
