St Kitts won the toss and sent Montserrat to bat first. The visitors made 130 for 6 off 55 overs with R. Sinclair making 32, S. Tuitt getting 20 and J. Peters top scoring with 52.
Bowling for St. Kitts saw Christanja Carey with 14 overs for 49 runs, Shino Berridge 5 off 5, Julian Benjamin 1 wicket for 9 runs off 6 overs, Calvin Williams 7 overs for 10 runs, Jacques Taylor 3 wickets for 40 runs off 16 overs, Shane Jeffers with one over from which 4 runs were scored, and Jeremiah Louie 1 wicket for 5 off 6 overs.
In reply and chasing 131 for victory, the St Kitts National team made 122 all out, off 53.1 overs, with Leveret Taylor getting 20 and Javal Hodge top scoring in the Kittitian innings, with 49.
Montserrat’s bowling saw O. Boatswain, 9 0vers for 34 runs, D. Williams 1 wicket for 9 runs off 7 overs and C. Reese 2 wickets for 15 off 6 overs.
The pick of the Montserratian bowlers however were T. Osborne, grabbing 4 wickets for 28 runs, off 16.1 overs and M. Meade, 2 wickets for 16 runs, off 9 overs.
