Spencer, Hylton charged


Commonwealth Games gold medallist Kaliese Spencer and World Championships relay bronze medallist Riker Hylton were yesterday identified by the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) as the two Jamaican athletes who have violated the JADCO anti-doping rules that speak to “evading, refusing or failing to submit to sample collection”.
